The front desk staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean (a major plus for me). I planned parking ahead, made things smooth. I also enjoyed the seasonal American menu at the kitchen.

The location was excellent close to the subway and many shops.
I was very disappointed. A charge looked on my bill for smoking in the room, but I do not smoke. The manager promised to investigate, but I never received any follow-up or resolution. It was annoying to pay a significant amount per night and receive such poor customer service regarding unnecessary fees.
